Worst customer service and deteriorating. Account is up to date and they sms me from collections???? In fact account is paid up. Called Customer service department and Gareth answered put me on hold and i am still holding 10 minutes later. Lungisa was the only qualified person with a great phone attitude that assisted me on my frustrated phone call when i called the 2nd time around. Warning to all dont miss your so called exact installment amount as they certainly take the lesser one and then start harassing you with sms's for payment after been a loyal client for 14 yrs. I have finally paid the full amount and wont be doing business with this Organisation or any one else that they are affiliated to.
