Foschini

I had an outstanding balance on my Foschini account and was charged for multiple call, email fees and letters. They charged me over R20 for each one plus interest. There were no limits to the calls and emails and letters as per their statement I had printed I store. I never ever received the emails, calls or letters but have been paying thousands of brands for them and interest. This is very shocking for me and I obtained the statement in store as my account balance never seemed to go down. I will never purchase from Foschini Group again.
