Foschini

Im very dissapointed with such a big company like foschini. I went to foschini in Savannah mall on the 10th of May 2021 to claim the insurance of the phone ive taken with them with is badly broken. Firstly i had to wait for one hour forty five minutes for the consultant to call their head office but with no luck he didnt reach them. Later on he made me fill the insurance form and told me he sent them and to my suprise i had to take the broken phone with me instead of leaving it with them they said its how they work. On the 21st of June i wrote them an email again but still no response.Like now i dnt have a phone but am paying the insurance. My Contact details : *** email address : ***
