I am not impressed with this stupid Foschini group, m y mother bought me a phone using her account at the GROVE mall and we were assist by THAMI. So she asked us if we wanted insurance and we said yes and she took the details down. Then comes a time to claim only to find out that she submitted the form late as this phone was bought in October 2014 and she submitted the form on the 12th of January 2015 and also her stupidity has cost me a phone as the insurance was DECLINED due to the third party. According to them she was supposed to have captured my mothers details instant of mine so hence it was declined. so my question THAMI didn't know this information? I also asked the insurance what it my mother bought this as a gift who's details were supposed to as i will be the one using the cell phone? They could answer me so if you could please help me out here with this matter do i really have to be a victim in this ***? I am really not impressed by this matter and it doesn't sit well with me.
