New Account has been opened, two months down the line I receive and sms stating my account is blocked and I would need to supply documentation, which I have done so in store. I call in today to follow up and the agent tells me my documents have not come through,Prior to this I have been calling the TFG Head Office and was given and email address to submit from my side and I have done so. Now today I am told me submitting is irrelevant and I would need to go instore again. I I find this frustrating as when in the store I wait long periods before the call gets answered and that is my luch break going, and when I do it from my side its of no use....Foschini needs a jack up
