Foschin Sucks!!!

I closed my account with Foschini in 2012. In April 2018 i received an SMS claiming i owed them R50.00, I called the call center on numerous ocasions requesting what I owed them for. All their centre operatives informed me that they would refer my matter to customer care for resoloution. I received no responce. At the beginning of August 2018 I received SMS messages from their legal department demanding R152.00 in payment to avoid listing. In my opinion this is nothing more then ******ion. I cant accept paying even a cent for an account that was closed in 2012. My collegue sugests I should pay and forget. I called the call centre this morning an agent said I should go into a branch to resolve. Foschin Sucks!!!
