Forshini Cape Gate - Pathetic Customer Service

On the 01/06/15 I called the Forshini Cape Gate Branch looking for a size 6 Parker jacket, I was told by the sales lady on the telephone that two jackets ( one black and one red) were going to be kept aside for me. I told her that I would pick it up on 02/06/15 after work.<br> <br> When I arrived at the store yesterday afternoon, I discovered that no jackets were keep aside for me. I drove all the way to the mall for nothing.<br> <br> After I discovered this, I fitted a size 8 jacket, the sales lady told me the jacket was less R250-00 and I decided to purchase it. I ended up paying the full price for the jacket as the sales lady **** about the jacket being on promotion . <br> <br> I was disappointed by the service received and I will never purchase at Forshini again
