Focshini Middelburg Mall

i bought a pair of sandals from foschini Middelburg Mall 2 weeks ago on a Sunday. The next day which was a Monday, i returned to the store to inform the manager that the shoes werent ok, she took a look and agreed with me. She told me that she can not refund me all she could do was process a gift voucher which she did.

Yesterday i went back to try use the gift card and it didnt go through. Now im being told to wait as though i did not pay for the shoes initially. I wanted to make a purchase but now she is not even entertaining me, how is it my probem that the voucher was not processed correctly....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
