Fochini *****s from you

My wife had for years an Fochini account, and we have always pay the account, then no monthy statements being issues, cost saving, buy atleast a sms with amount to be paid. Then beginning of the year, no sms anymore, we asume nothing outstanding anymore, in July suddenly a lawyer letter demanding the full outstanding amount R1363, since then we requested detail statements, but no luck, we think someone has *****ulent used our account. We have started paying immediately, and the outstanding amount will be paid over four months, and today, after paying already R900, the outstanding amount over R700, still wait for detail statements, but Fochini will NEVER see us again
