Fochini Rosebank mall

I bought a gift set at Fochini at Rosebank mall it includes a perfume and a watch but the watch was faulty. Went to the store to repair it and the lady by Dimakatso was rude, she told said the watch was for free so why was return it back. My question was if the watch was for free why did the price increase. DO NOT BUY the GIFT SET that has a watch.
