Fochini group not removing my name from the credit bureau

Hello writing this review cause I have problem with fochini group, since I've closed the account last 2022 July and the lawyers have sent me a paid up letter showing I've paid up but still on the credit bureau my name still appears and unfortunately I can't find any help elsewhere because of this issue.
