I am really failing to understand why is Tfg is still offering Cellphone insurances they are very unprofessional you must forever call the *********** call center agents without help (CLAIMING THEY HAVE ESCALATED IT SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK) Team leaders are forever not available to even speak on the phone after my claim I'm gonna cancel this waste of time and joke its not the first time the claim must take a year before its processed ,

At Maponya Foschini the staff have been helping calling yet no out come instead i must have my original documents from 1950 ,Which business is still using paper in this day and age and what is the use to have my information captured and still present a piece of paper with every claim that happens in a while .

If I cant get help I need all my money from inception of my contract refunded back to me I will get a better offer else where .
