Finrite eventually came through for me
Had a hard time with my claim on my ****** iPhone, waited about 6 without info till eventually I wrote a review on HelloPeter about the bad service. The response was swift and kept me updated. Special thanks to a lady named Natasha Carr who assisted me. Got my replacement device in less than a week. Pity I had to complain before getting good service, I’m grateful nonetheless.
