Fine right laptop claim

I got my claim approved in last year and still TFG is unable to source a laptop to the value of my claim amount . I have given TFG enough time to source the machine but till date I have noting . Kindly advise on a way forward as I refuse to pay excess amount for a machine that does not come close to the full laptop amount . I need my claim finalised as I have been waiting for more that 4 months for this . I have assignments due and its such an inconvenience to have to borrow other peoples laptops
