Fin rite insurance pay my claim I'm ****ed.

These guys are the most disgusting insurance company, I have been waiting for my claim since last month. I called to report my phone had been ****** and they told me i should send nesseesary documents and I did,after that they told me lies after a lie some agents at the call center told me to wait 74, hours some 24 still haven't received anything. They told me they have a back log I waited for the back log, after 3 weeks they told me the matter has been escalated because my phone was reported lost on the 1st of march but last used on the 6th what the hell!! They Can see on the statement it was taken from my hand clearly the phone wasn't locked.. Fact of the matter is you are deducting my money but u don't to replace my phone help this is beyond me ,im loosing business everyday what do you do????
