Filthy Customer Service

On the 27/06/2018 My friend and I went to Donna Claire Cradlestone and upon arrival we found knee lenght boots on sale, my friend purchased a pair and I requested IBT as my size was not available at the store and was assisted by a lady named Yandiswa not sure of the name......she told me to pay R70.00 to secure the boots and I asked her why dont I pay the full amount to show I am interested in the boots she said no for now I must pay the R70.00 and the balance I will pay when the boots arrive, which I did. I then received a call from the store on the 29/06/2018 informing me that my boots have arrived, myself with all the excitement I have I ran to Donna Claire Cradlestone to collect my Boots ....the slap I received on my face was so appalling and was made to look like a fool infront of every customer that was in the store.......Phindie fetched the boots from the back then rang them on the till and she said R 149.00 I said ohh sorry I already paid R70.00 just here to pay the balance she answered me with such arrogance and said to me the R70.00 was for the IBT I must pay the whole R 149.00 I then refused and said no way I have a slip that says IBT is for Free and Yandiswa said when I come to fetch the boots I will pay the balance ......she then laughed at me and said to me she is not the one that was assisting me and I need to speak to the person that was assisting me she then called out to her friends or colleagues as said out to me I dont want to pay the boots... I think their names were Lebo & Lucky which is not even working for Donna Claire she works for Sterns Cradlestone , I walked out so angry that there is no respect for customers that spend their monies at the TFG stores and for the meer fact that they knew there are no consequences that will taken for treating customers like ******* ....Outcome of this I want the boots which I have ordered and I want to only pay the balance as was told by Yandiswa.....why do we need to exploited like idiots when we spending our money at the stores I am so MAD its not even Funny!!!! I NEED AN OUT COME OF THIS WHOLE THING AND FOR ACTINON TO BE TAKEN ON THOSE LADIES.....I DEMAND IT
