Feel ******

I went to Foschini Grove mall and bought 3 items, Concealer, Aquarphor ointment and Claret Lip liner. When I get home I only found out 2 items instead of 3 in the plastic. What was surprising is that, the plastic didn't have a hole in it, but I have less items from what I bought, I immediately, called the store to find out if they didn't find any item left at the counter. And the response was that there was nothing found after I called for the second time. I feel ****** and I was not surprised by the response because my past experiences with that Foschini has always been awful. The level of professionalism and customer etiquette lives much to be desired. Foschini please teach your till operators that anything left by the client if paid, its still the client's item. This is just so annoying.
