feedback would be nice
This is the second complaint i am logging on hello peter and still no response from the foschini people,<br> i lost a phone claimed took all the right documentation last year on the 24th of december still today no one is calling me or saying anything. i am closing my account once i have sorted this thing out. i am will to go all the way to the ombudsman because i have proof of that insurance. i want this claim processed as in yesterday!!!! i call each day the people there are very rude and hang up the phone on my ear. is this the way you treat your clients. i am done next step i am going to speak out, social media (tweeter and facebook)<br> when i call the customer line TGF still nothing positive you hold on and they hang the line on you...<br> i am very angry i dont want to go to that shop!!!!
