To whom it may concern.<br> <br> In December I submitted an affidavit stipulating to the Foschini account being ********** (Ref no: 2015/12/154). Elizabeth attended to my case and also received a text on the 17th of December stating that the dispute has finalized and that I would receive a letter to confirm the outcome. The letter hasn't been received to this day.<br> <br> Please resolve ASAP.<br>
