I am writing to you for the second time in two weeks. Your paralegal department keeps contacting me on my work phone. I cannot and will not give out any information regarding payments etc as it is an open plan office and I cannot discuss these matters at work. Rather contact me on my cellphone. I have lodged these complaints time and time again and no one seems to listen. First of all I paid the amount I agreed to yesterday so I dont see why I am still been phoned. Further more in June 01, 2018 I paid 890.00 which does not reflect on my statement either.

I just spoke to a consultant that practically harrassed me when I said i am unable to speak, she was rude and kept asking me why I gave this number if I cant talk on it. I gave this number as an alternate number incase of *****, not to hand out payment details and confirm ID numbers etc. Her name is Asanda and I had to cut the call.
