Faulty Phone bought at Foschini Maponya

Good morning,<br> <br> To whom it may concern<br> <br> On the 11 of October 2014 I bought a Huawei Y600 for R1999,00 at Foschini Maponya Mall and I used the phone for only six month the phone gave me problem and I took it back to Foschini so it can be taken in for repairs it was done once the phone was back no one called for almost a week, when I called and asked them if the phone is back they told yes its back and I asked why I was never called to come and collect my phone I was told the phone only came to them today, but when I called their repair centre they told the phone was replaced over two weeks ago.<br> <br> The same phone which replaced only work for 6 months and again on Tuesday 29 December 2015, I took the phone for repairs and Lungi did not make me to sign any document which I found very strange because any one can come and claim to be and come take my phone, a week later to be exact on Wednesday 06 January 2016, I called the Vodacom Repair Centre to check if the status of the phone, I was told that the phone was not booked in, I then called Foschini Maponya I spoke to Zodwa who told me that the Noe who books cell phone is on leave she will only come back on Friday so I should call then.
