Faulty Goods
I am really ****ed off now. I have been too patient with Foschini and all. I bough secret socks on the 13th Feb it was 2 pairs for R89.00 and I wore 1 pair a week later and I noticed that it had holes by the big toes. I didn’t think much of it. then yesterday morning I wanted to wear another pair of socks and I got so shocked when I noticed that the other pair also has holes. Foschini sold me torn socks. I have wasted more than R100.00 of airtime trying to call foschini group. The store number number is ********** 500 ans this number is not working. I called ********** 576 I couldn’t get through. I have calling ********** 911 and the ladies at this number just transfer me to extension that don’t answer my calls.
I am tired and also will be doing a social media complaint

please trace calls from an 078296 number and see how many calls were made to Foschini and how I had to spend a lot of money calling your company.
I am disappointed. i called the store the number on the slip is not working. i called Markhams trying to get an alternative number but they also didn'thave i was instead given numbers of Carlton Centre and still i hit a brick wall.
I am disappointed in Foschini. Area Manager calling me doesn't change a fact that I have been struggling to get hold of Foschini for the longest time. i was assisted by Nikiwe and Asha yesterday where my complaint was noted and i was advised it will be escalated.
