Faulty garment

I bought a Blazer from Foschini about six to 8months ago, I unboxed it and hanged it without tags. I then decided to wear it a few days ago and the blazer was faulty. TFG is unwilling to help I've been to Foschini in Greenstone even spoke to the area manager and their online team and no one is budging. I'm disappointed because this is not a TFG standard.
