Faulty electronic voucher

A friend bought me an electronic voucher to use today for a birthday gift, waited and waited I’m still waiting for the message to come through, went back to the store to enquire why it hasn’t come through the requested for the text to be re- sent for about 5 hours still never came through went to a different branch we called customer service they told me it takes time to reflect. I asked them to cancel it and re do it they told me a long story I wasted an entire day in town and still don’t have the gift card. The advisor Nathan didn’t do much to assist everyone was just resending it I don’t know tonwhose number. They should have made an alternative seeing that I was in store I don’t know why have an electronic voucher system if it won’t work. I rebooted my phone called my network provider they told me there was no outage onnny area they sent a couple of test text messages and they came through The foschini group is pathetic and have no customer service morale it’s disgusting
