Fantastic Service from Faith at Foschini Cresta

I had the pleasure of dealing with FAITH from the cosmetics dept at Foschini in Cresta Shopping Centre. From my phone call to enquire about a product, to my visit to the store in person, was absolutely refreshing. She engaged with her customers on a level that I have not experienced in a very long time. She helped me telephically. I didn't ask for her when I arrived but she sought me out as soon as she saw I had the product in my hand. She remembered the telecon and acted as though she knew my FAMILY forever. Even when she was cashing up goods for other customers, she was plugged in to all conversations and she truly truly made it a pleasant shopping experience. You have one of the finest..... Treasure her. Reward her, because customers will keep going back to interact with and buy from Faith. I believe in giving credit when it's due.... So give that girl a raise!
