falsely accused

i went to foschini at the grove mall in lynnwood. i had such a bad experience in a sense that my image was bruised. my actual aim was to purchase a black shirt after going around the shop to search for one and i found it. when i went to pay for the shirt the lady at the tillpoints asked to to go pay by the cosmetic department and i did that and exit the store via the cosmetics door i was followed to a different store by an foschini employee to search my bag which i found quiet embarrassing.to my surprise they say that they searched everyone's bags which they never did cause i was inside the store long enough to notice that. this is defamation of character and something must be done about it
