falsely accused

I went to sportscene in kenilworth centre to pay on my mothers accounts and also purchase on her account with a letter and id of as well as my id.I always purchase like this if my mom is not able to get to the store or she is ill which is most of the time as she suffers from chronic illnesses.The manager called head office to ask if he could assist me and I advised him if they say no then he must keep it aside for me.He passes the phone to me and this guy Ricardo in forensics immediately accused me of *****ing the cards and that I cannot leave the store until security and police comes.Cher also called me and said I stole the cards after I explained it is my moms cards and they could call her but instead they treated me like a ******** infront of other customers.I called my mom who is not well had to get out of bed and have someone bring her to the store otherwise I would have gotten locked up for *****.I was very embarassed as I always use this store.
