False promises
I ordered a pair of shoes from Due south using the online option with express delivery. order was placed 3 sept 2015 13:00. I followed up and they promised delivery the following day. Ever since its Tuesday 8 September and still no parcel received. Every day I follow up on delivery and they ( mark and shanel) promise that I will be getting my parcel that day...and still nothing received. False advertising on your website and empty promises are being made by the call centre agents. Im getting fed up now and spreading the word to never use this option to buy online and get del. Very dissatisfied with the service I have received....
