FALSE MARKETING AND POOR SERVICE

We went to Foschini Wonderpark due to their marketing in Instagram and Online about different sandals buy two for 125 each different colors when we were ready to pay we were all of sudden told they were not on sale yet we went whilst it was still being marketed and promoted as sale. I am not happy that the staff in wonderpark did not even verify with other stores or head office regarding this promotion. We also wanted to pay for a pair of push inns that were priced R150.00 and on the till it said R199 we were also refused and not allowed to buy them for the price we were seing which was unfair. Foschini could do better this was not at all the type of customer services we expected after they marketed the shoes.
