False marketing

Hi am so angry am even shaking I just left foschini in soweto protea glen I went in to buy a hat I've been eyeing while still doing my shopping I came across bags that I thought would go well with my hat under the bags it was written 25% off on selected bags but surprisingly the was no. Bag under that marketing that was on promo . So I tried complaining at the tills I was made to feel like a fool by Kelebogile she was even making noise telling me that's how they do promotions I showed her how a promo is supposed to be done the was one near it was accessories all the items had green stickers and the was marketing on top also .I bought the bag at R649 because I loved it and I was not about to leave it because of Kele . Is that how u do your marketing promote items that are not on promotions and find out when you at the tills .you deceiving your customers .
