False advertising/ pathetic no existent service

Yet again another tfg store false advertising

I went into foschini website and found The Armani stronger with you gift set

In the product details it states the PARFUM

I checked stock availability sku ***3

And found that gateway had and has stock i drove all the way to gateway yesterday and found the gift set only to find that the fragrance inside is not a parfum

I advised the store manager and she called the agent of the product ie Armani

I then explained to her what was the situation and she borderline **** stating there was another gift set with a parfum which is incorrect and baseless

This happened yesterday morning it it now a day later and I have not heard from the store manager nor the agent as promised

I have tried calling the store 6 times this morning no answer

I have further called tfg online 6 times and no answer

The fact of the matter is THE ADVERT ON THE SITE STATES PARFUM AND ITS NOT

THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING I WANT COMPENSATION HAVING DRIVEN ALL THE WAY TO GATEWAY TO PICK UP THIS ITEM BASED ON THE FACT THAT IT WAS SAID TO BE A PARFUM

WHY ARE YOU FALSE ADVERTISING

WHY HAS NO ONE CALLED ME BACK AS PROMISED BETWEEN THE STORE MANAGER AND THE AGENT

WHY DOES NO ONE AT THE STORE ANSWER THE PHONE

WHY DOES TFG ONLINE NOT ANSWER THIER PHONE EITHER

THIS IS A ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

MAYBE I SHOULD GO STRAIGHT TO THE OMBUDSMAN REGARDING THE FALSE ADVERT
