False advertising misleading loyal customers

Hi so I was doing online shopping with foschini and they had promotions were u purchase and receive free gifts I added items to my cart but there was no free gifts getting added to the cart so I call customer care and they advised me they will look into it after 2 days I went back to the website to check if it's working and they took the promotions out. This is false advertising and they are misleading they customers wich is unacceptable.
