Worst Experience ever

As a long standing customer I was appalled by the service I received on 05/12/2019 (Wednesday. I saw a product on the online store which stated that the product was out of stock online but is available at the Dobsonville Foschini. When I got to the store they told me that they can't sell the item to me because the item is 0.01 and the price is too low and also it’s only an online exclusive. I then notified them that if it was an online exclusive it would have stated on the site. 'My main problem is one of the staff who had a bad attitude and a condescending tone when she spoke to me, made me feel as if I was hallucinating or had dreamed the whole thing. I have pictures to support my claim

This whole experience has left me disgruntled.
