False Advertising

I saw an advert of Laptop Bundle deal on Hi-Online and it was confirmed by a flyer that I picked up at one of TFG shops. On 24 July 2015 I went to Foschini, Ilanga Mall Nelspruit to buy the Laptop, I was assisted by Pretty whom she processed my purchase. When she handed over items to me I made her aware that one item which is Microsoft Office box is missing. She insisted that the items were all they were giving until I showed her the advert. She confirmed with Nelspruit CBD branch and they confirmed that they are giving same. On Monday 27 July 2015 I contacted HI Online to get clarity and consultant referred me back to Foschini Manager. On 30 July 2015 I visited Foschini Ilanga the manager promised to talk to Area manager then they will inform me of the outcome, since then no one phoned me. Kindly assist me to get MS Offfice software.
