False advertising

False advertising I've went in store today @The west coast mall in vredenburg @ foschini ive bought a Connex slimbook I am really not happy there was 2 off these laptops left 1 box had wrapping around and the other one not Ps. both boxes seals was already broken she proceeded to give me the one that was closed in wraping it also had a powerbank inside wich it is supose to have on the box wich the one that was not in wrapping didn't have a powerbank as she was bussy with the process ive noticed that on the box and on the description it says special offer includes 500gig hardrive on the description slip it reads SMD CONNEX SLIMBOOK SIL +500GIG Hdd pb bundle ive ask the lady that helped me how is it that there is no Harddrive in the box extra she says no she doesnt know it doenst comes with extra hdd and i showed her on the box what it says she just pulled up her ahoulderz and said she doesnt know she took the laptop to the back with the charger came back after 15 min and went straight to the other laptop box wich wasnt in wrapping there ive noticed that inside that box is 2 extra packages she tooked out 1 package gave it to me and asked if this is the Hdd i said no that is msoficce eg: word excel PowerPoint etc so i said no that is not the hardrive so she took it back again I was in a hurry so i didn't have time to explain the whole situation i realy want to know what are they going to do about it as i am not going to leave this here
