False advertising

Hi there,

I would like to report a false advertising item regarding a sneaker that was supposed to available online and was never added to the website even though it was advertised as such. The sneaker in question is a Nike Air Jordan 1 Mids which would be sold online and stores, as confirmed by the Archive Instagram account.

Now excuses are being made about availability and had that not been false advertised I would have made my way through to a physical store.

It's funny to think that management can say take this R150 voucher and resolve the problem without actually coming to the party and addressing the issue at hand. As a consumer you confirmed a product would be available and then didn't make it available to your consumers. In addition to that a few people have commented on the Archive Instagram posted referencing the same issue and subsequently commenting on that post has now been switched off. It seems as a business you are now washing your hands off on this particular item.

I expect that a representative from management contact me so that we can resolve this issue. And not offer a 150 voucher to sweep this under the rug.
