false ads, refunds timeframe not honoured

the y made me order something they did not have and still took my money instead of indicating that my parcel is no longer available.

they inconvenienced me as i bought a jean for my brother for Christmas, Christmas passed and still i haven't received my refund after 29 days i paid for that order.

they themselves canceled my order, i never canceled yet i have to suffer as a client because of their false ads

the worse part is when client buy something online we pay cleared funds, but when they have to refund you as client you will have to wait 3-10 days before i could get my refund.

further more in my case i had to wait a whole month.
