Failure to clear my name

TFG (Foshini) is quick to hand you over but fail to clear you on the system on top of that they give you run arounds.I paid them last year 1st of December then I emailed them a letter to update me on the system,they said I should wait for 3 months but after 3 months they say there's no proof on their system that I emailed them and I also owe of which I paid everything then closed the account immediately.I had to start the process all over again and for the 3rd time even now.I then emailed them again on the 1st of October then they said I should wait for 7 days...today I call just to follow-up then apparently my email doesn't appear again now they tell me that I should wait for 14 days
