FAILED DELIVERY

I ordered two items on the 26th of September and I received one item. When I checked the status of the other item, it says it is at the warehouse now what irritates me is that no one is communicating why this is not dispatched and when you call the contact center its a joke because you wait on the line. The facebook page, things get deleted and inboxes are not responded to. May I have my refund because I am certainly not interested anymore.
