Extremely rude customer service

I just went to the foschini in Golden acre now to exchange track pants that I had bought along with other items in tygervalley on Saturday May 27 2023,when I got home I noticed a stain on the pants,nothing bad could be from customers fitting the item I am not sure,so today I got a chance to return them and take another pair,the manager at that store was terrible,she was disgusting 😳 ,she did not even give me a chance to speak she was basically shouting at me,I had a slip with me and I was exchanging not even wanting money,she went as far as even accusing me of wearing the item prior to returning it,bear in mind I was wearing my other pants also from foschini same make as the one I was exchanging.she was so rude I have never ever seen such bad customer service in my life,she treated me like it is her grandmother's shop,I am livid and I left that shop so embarrassed and wanting to cry,I did not get her name but she us slim and tall with short hair. Absolutely had no way of speaking to me
