Extremely Poor Service

Poor poor poor service I just received, I bought the item on sale on the 24th of Dec 2020 and today I needed to exchange the very same item because of size, I was told the sale is no longer on whereas I had it on my hand with the same 30% off red sticker!! If it was no longer on sale why wasn’t the sticker removed?
