Foschini send my mother a letter to help her pay her account over 12month period. from april 2017 to april 2019. outstanding amount was about R10100. she was requested to pay R560 monthly. she has paid back R13,440, but guess what she still have oustanding balance of over R6000 when this account should be paid up. stop making money of poor people like us.
