******ion of unsuspecting account holders
This company's billing is total ******ion!!! No wonder they make money from unsuspecting account holders that get into a debt spiral with them.
An interest rate of 25% is charged to your account for payment, and if 1 day late (yes, I am fault for late payment by 1 day) this should surely be calculated on the amount of days that the payment is late, not the full month's amount!!!!
Further to this, they charge you for R2.80 for an automated system-generated SMS which I never received, and even if I did, this is another way they make money off account holders - their cost for this SMS is less than 50c to send this to you due to them having a bulk SMS package, so how do you justify the cost - did I miss any small print anywhere????
This is shocking and surely needs to be investigated.
