EXPIRED PRODUCTS

My daughter has bought NEUTROGENA products from Foschini in Eloff street, this was gift pack and not one product on its own, She notice the face wash was expired after using it and it burning her skin. The other products in the set where not expired. Her reference number for this was 12171DB32. She took it back but was ask to bring the whole set. I took it back as she was working and the staff had an attitude, there was no apology from them in store for selling an expired face product which result in her face being damaged. Further more they could not accommodate me until I threatened to lodge a complaint for the service. I feel that MORE should have been done as this is not just a case of the product being incorrect IT HAS EXPIRED. YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO BE SELLING THESE PRODUCTS AS A BIG RETAIL STORE. THAT ALSO MEANS THERE IS NO STOCK CONTROL WITHIN YOUR COMPANY TO MAKE SURE THESE PRODUCTS ARE TAKEN OFF THE SHELVES. You would rather sell it to people and damage their faces further..
