Expectations exceeded at Foschini Key West

<p>I would just like to thank Lerato from Foschini Key West, Krugersdorp for her great service when I went to their store to buy a new cell phone. After telling Lerato about my harrowing experience of buying a cell phone at Game where there was little sales service she went out of her way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. She listened to what I wanted and meticulously checked the product she had taken from the storeroom to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. She RICA'd my new sim and took the time to properly explain the warranty on the phone. I could really not ask for more. After a bad sales experience at another shop it was so refreshing to see someone who was willing to go the extra mile to help me. Once again thanks so much!</p>
