Exchange on cellular phone

I recently bought a phone from Foschini as a gift for my daughter's birthday. It was the wrong model and she specifically wanted one with a better camera to enable her to work on projects for her studies. Although my slip specifically stated that cellular products could only be exchanged if there was a fault with the product, I still tried my luck. I messaged Foschini on Facebook and received a response within five minutes. I was informed that I could take the phone back to the store to exchange it for the one I wanted. It was all sorted within a few minutes and I left with the correct phone. #greatbusiness
