I was assisted by Tlaleng in a very good manner to buy some lingerie around 11h00 on 6th Feb 2018.Then I went out of the shop to buy some more lingerie at Miladys while I was in Miladys I picked up that I took a wrong size of bras in Donna-claire,I then went back to ask them to exchange it for me.I was hardly 15 minutes out of Donna-Claire and the bras has not been worn,they still have tags on but the manager refused to exchange it for me now I will be stuck with the bras that cost me R300 without any use for them.I feel that was so unreasonable.
