As a person who works in the customer service environment, I know the importance of complaining when one receives substandard service/products. But in the same breath, many look past the importance of complimenting those who give exceptional service- those who go out of their way to ensure that the customer is assisted and leaves their space satisfied. This was *****gwe for me, today. She attended to my "problem" with great patience, and humility. She took her time to hear me out and also to reassure me that my challenge will be resolved.
