Exceptional Service!!!

Yesterday I visited Foschini in Potchefstroom Mall and was met with exceptional service from all the staff members, I was actually there for a card replacement and the lady at the till ( Wati Phala ) gave me the best service ever, she was friendly and very helpful and had pointed out that they had a special on kids clothes and encouraged me to check it out. I was not disappointed I must say, the lady on the floor went out of her way to assist me with picking out the best clothes for my son, I'm just bummed that I forgot to ask for her name. They were short staffed but we didn't mind the wait because all 3 ladies that were left to man the shop after 5 were outstanding. Each one stood out. Thank you ladies for a wonderful shopping experience especially during this hectic time of the year ",) Keep up the good work...
