exceptional customer service from Thando - Festival Mall

on the 12th March i called Foschini Festival Mall in Kempton Park, i was looking for a pair of shoes that are on sale, i spoke to a Lady called Thando and she was so helpful , she literally made me feel like i'm their only customer, she struggled to find the shoes therefor she took my numbers, and she called me after few minutes to say she can't find the shoes, she asked me to whatsApp her the pic so she can check properly and she eventually called to say she found them, i wish all Foschini store assistants could learn a thing or 2 about exceptional service from Thando,,, Kudos Thando you are much appreciated
